Hummus is back on Lucy's approved list. But she doesn't like it on anything, except her finger.

I don't know -- warehouse humus....
(we tried it -- it tasted a little woody)
If you have a food processor, I have a good base recipe. You can then add whatever flavors you like. (We usually do basil and pinenuts a la pesto).
